At Lanacia Marie Candle Co., each order is carefully packed with care and intention. We currently ship within the United States only while we explore safe and reliable international options.

Summer Shipping Schedule (Candles Only):
To ensure your candles arrive in perfect condition during warmer months, we only ship candle orders Monday through Wednesday. This helps avoid extended transit times and weekend delays that could lead to melting.

Processing Time:
Orders typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods:
All packages are shipped via USPS depending on the order size and destination. Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.

Delivery Issues:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. If it’s still missing, reach out, we’ll do our best to help.

Why do you only ship candles Monday–Wednesday in the summer?
To prevent melting during transit, we only ship candles Monday through Wednesday in the summer months. This avoids weekend delays and keeps your order safe from heat damage.

My candle arrived melted or damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We're happy to offer a replacement or refund if the product was damaged in transit.

My order says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Start by checking with your neighbors or local post office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
