Returns
Because our home fragrance products are handcrafted and personal in nature, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot issues exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, please contact us if you have received an incorrect item.
Also,, a good way to test our products before a major decision is to purchase one of our sample packs.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 15 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement depending on the issue—just send a message with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
