Candle Care & Use

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼” before each use. Always allow your candle to burn long enough for the wax to fully melt across the surface; this prevents tunneling and promotes an even, clean burn.

How long do your candles burn?

  • 4 oz candles burn ~20+ hours
  • 8 oz candles burn ~55 hours
  • 10 oz candles burn ~60 hours

Are your candles safe and non-toxic?
Yes! We use 100% natural soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks—always handcrafted in small batches for your peace of mind.


Products & Ingredients

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Every item is vegan, cruelty-free, and thoughtfully made with high-quality ingredients that align with our wellness-forward mission.

What’s the difference between your reed diffusers and room sprays?

  • Room sprays give an instant burst of scent, great for refreshing a space quickly.
  • Reed diffusers offer continuous fragrance that gently fills the room over time, ideal for long-lasting aromatherapy.

Do wax melts require a flame?
Yes! Wax melts are made for wax warmers—no flame required. You can use either an electric warmer or a tealight one.

Can I use the reed diffuser refill in my electric diffuser?
No. Our reed diffuser refills are not formulated for use in electric or ultrasonic diffusers. They are oil-based and intended only for use with reed sticks. Using them in an electric diffuser could damage your device or pose a safety risk.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon!

How long will it take to ship my order?
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days. During summer months, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to help protect candles from heat-related damage.

How do I track my package?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, we don’t accept returns. However, we want you to love your order—please contact us within 15 days of delivery if there’s a problem.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right! Please email us a photo of the damage and the order number within 15 days, and we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement.
